The fourth and longest day of the TANZNACHT BERLIN 2012 will be opened by a new generation of dancers. Together with Jo Parkes and choreographers from the TanzZeit project (‘time for dance in schools’), pupils from the Erika-Mann Primary School and their teachers investigate the vicinity of the Uferstudios. Their choreographies, inspired by the architecture and atmosphere, are shown where they were developed: from Pankstraße underground station to inside the Uferstudios, they transform daily life on Bad- straße into an artistic spectacle and accompany the public with performances throughout the festival.
